Bansuitei Ikoiso Ryokan is located in the center of Sendai, the largest city in the Tohoku region.
Also known as the "City of Trees", Sendai is a complex of nature and metropolitan streets.
In addition to business or sightseeing, there are many different ways to enjoy your trip, such as trying out the various food around, shopping, outdoor activities, and learning about history.
In order for our guests to experience traditional Japanese culture, we will provide thorough service and hospitality with our clean Japanese-style rooms (washitsu) and Japanese-style breakfast made with local ingredients.

Meals

Brekfasts are in traditional ryokan fashion; we will prepare trays for Japanese banquets.
We use local ingredients from the bountiful land of Miyagi, a plain surrounded by sea and mountains.

You can wear your yukata as you eat.

Public baths are separated into men's and women's baths.

Men's Bath

The men's bath is an American-made jacuzzi. The strong massage will sooth a body tired from travel.

Women's Bath

The women's bath is made of "Towadaishi",a type of rock which is gentle on skin. From the bath, you can see a small Japanese garden. It is a place for relaxation.
